"Rock Steady Boxing"

["Rock Steady" Video]

"Rock Steady Boxing", the mission of which is to empower people with Parkinson's disease to fight back.

"LET'S PUNCH OUT PARKINSON'S" ROCK STEADY BOXING MADE POSSIBLE BY A GRANT FROM THE NATIONAL PARKINSON'S FOUNDATION IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE SOUTH SHORE COALITION FOR MENTAL HEALTH AND AGING

Thursdays from 1:00 – 2:30 PM. at Sun Towers Retirement Community, 101 Trinity Lakes Drive, Sun City Center, FL.

"Of all the pills I've taken, Rock Steady Boxing is the finest and most effective," states Pete Stewart, RSB participant.

Recent studies, most notably at Cleveland Clinic, focus on the concept of intense "forced" exercise and have begun to suggest that certain kinds of exercise may be neuroprotective, i.e., actually slowing disease progression.

Eric Allen, MA, and certified Rock Steady Boxing Coach, is our weekly instructor. Eric is a personal trainer and geriatric exercise expert certified by the IFPA, with over 17 years of experience. His company, EA FITNESS, LLC, promotes the company's motto: "Don't let what you can't do stop you from what you can do."

If you have Parkinson's or are caring for someone with this disease, register today for this weekly session by contacting Eric Allen at (813) 321-8755 or [Eric@eafitness.org]

COMPLIMENTARY VALET PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT THE TOWERS ENTRANCE.
